Play a key role in shaping our performance across our AustubeMills business.
Reporting to the Mill Supervisor and based at our Acacia Ridge site, you will safely operate tube manufacturing machinery in a team-based environment, support production processes and champion a strong safety culture while contributing to efficient and high-quality output.
What you will be doing:
Operate tube manufacturing machinery including cranes, bundlers, auto strappers and other process stations
Move and store finished products safely using overhead cranes
Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets
Follow and promote strict health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment
Continuously learn and adapt to improve processes and performance
This role offers a base hourly rate of $***** and works a 3-week rotating 12-hour shift roster (days and nights), with 30% loading applicable on night shift.
Monday to Friday only – no weekend work!

Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehousing or shift-based workwill be highly regarded
Valid Forklift (LF) licence and/or Overhead Gantry Crane (CB) licence (desirable)
