The business offers clients the opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners while building meaningful, long‐term relationships with business partners.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for aGeotechnical Engineer, fromearly‐career through to approximately 6–8 years experience, to join a growing Gold Coast team.
The role offers a balanced mix offieldwork, technical reporting, project delivery, and business partner engagement.
Youll work across a diverse portfolio of projects while being supported by experienced senior engineers and a broader national technical network.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct and supervise geotechnical site investigations
Borehole, test pit and DCP logging, including groundwater observations
Prepare high‐qualityfactual and interpretive geotechnical reports
Provide construction verification support for foundations, earthworks and retaining structures
Assist with slope stability and basic retention assessments (with senior support)
Manage elements of projects and communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
Build robust working relationships with internal teams, contractors and business partners
Ideal Client Profile
Degree qualified inCivil or Geotechnical Engineering
Approximately2–8 years experiencein geotechnical engineering (flexible depending on capability)
Strong site investigation and logging experience
Confident producing clear, professional interpretive reports
Working knowledge ofGeoStudio / SlopeWandAutoCAD(advantageous)
Comfortable working autonomously with access to senior technical support
Strong communication skills and a business partner‐focused mindset
Working towards or interested in attainingRPEQ and/or CPEng
Current Class C drivers licence
