About You
5+ years' experience in a multi‐site retail leadership role
Proven success driving sales and improving store performance
Robust coaching and team development capability
Solid understanding of Retail Award, rostering and wage management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Adaptable, organised and comfortable in a fast‐paced retail environment
Due to the multi‐site nature of this role, you will need a valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
