Day to Day
n

Manage a tidy portfolio of 120 properties end-to-end
n
Very clean portfolio, long-standing landlords
n




Admin support provided
n
Portfolios are capped at 150
n
Local properties
n
No trust accounting or BDM duties required!
n
n
Experience Required
n
n
Ideally 1-2+ years of experience as a Property Manager
n
Open to Assistant Property Managers wanting a step up
n
Enthusiastic, energetic and strong initiative to go the extra mile
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Punctual and reliable
n
Solid attention to detail
