Responsibilities
Providing sales and admin support to Account Managers and key retail clients
Processing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries and meet delivery timelines
Maintaining product and pricing information in internal systems
Responding to customer enquiries and building positive working relationships
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales support, customer service or account coordination (B2B highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communication and relationship‐building skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems
A proactive, team‐first attitude with a "jump in and help" mindset
