Job Description
As Practice Manager, you will take end‐to‐end responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the practice while leading and supporting two teams as they merge into one cohesive, high‐engagement culture.
Leadership & Change
Lead the integration of two teams into a single, aligned practice culture.
Support the practice through refurbishment with minimal disruption to patients and clinicians.
Coach, develop, and inspire your team through change.
Operational Excellence




Oversee day‐to‐day operations, workflows, and rostering.
Drive performance across revenue, utilisation, and patient flow.
Ensure compliance with clinical, WHS, and regulatory standards.
People & Culture
Build a positive, high‐accountability team environment.
Partner with clinicians to support team wellbeing and patient care.
Patient Experience & Growth
Champion exceptional patient experiences before, during, and after refurbishment.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, services, and outcomes.
Contribute to business planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Practice Manager (dental or healthcare preferred).
Solid change leadership and team integration experience.
Excellent operational, financial, and people management capability.
A patient‐first mindset with high standards for service and care.
Confidence working closely with clinicians and senior stakeholders.
