Synergie is seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Painter to join our Clients Paintshop team at our Kingsford facility in South Australia.

The Role
n
Working within our busy Paintshop, you will be responsible for preparing and painting a range of structural steel and fabricated products to a high standard.
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing steel and fabricated components for painting
n
Industrial spray painting and application of protective coatings
n
Mixing and applying paints and coatings in accordance with specifications
n
Inspecting finished work to ensure quality standards are met
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
n
Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
Working as part of a supportive production team
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n




Has experience in industrial painting or spray painting
n
Can demonstrate a solid eye for detail and quality
n
Understands surface preparation and coating application
n
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
Is committed to maintaining a safe workplace
n
n
Relevant trade qualifications and experience in structural steel or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
n
