Coordinate and execute project logistics across all modes of transport
Work actively with service providers across all modes of transport and be able to source competitive rates
Assist with tender submissions in the areas of planning, execution and pricing in time frames required
Assist in the development and expansion of customer relationships, client base and client retention
Order tracking & follows up with job registrations
Problem solve with a range of stakeholders including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers
Liaise with customers when organising required transport
Communicate regularly & provide strong customer care whilst servicing our customer and service provider needs
Requirements
Project freight forwarding experience preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
Proficient in Microsoft Office
CW1 knowledge is preferred
