Responsibilities
Lead business analysis for
card issuing and acquiring projects
, ensuring compliance with AS**** and other relevant payment standards.
Drive end-to-end business requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple squads.
Manage
card scheme compliance
activities for Visa, Mastercard, eftpos Australia, and other networks.
Represent the organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to support digital wallet tokenization and mobile payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).




Own and refine onboarding and assisted channel experiences for
merchants.
Support architectural decisions aligned with enterprise tech strategy.
Maintain up-to-date functional and technical specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, driving capability uplift and resource optimization.
Coordinate Agile delivery using Protected methodology, ensuring timely feature releases.
Provide SME support for external integrations (e.g., Visa VROL, Mastercard MasterCom, Fiserv systems).
