Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer
A fantastic opportunity is available for a proactive Accounts Receivable /Credit Officer to join a dynamic and welcoming finance team near Richlands. This is a key role within a respected business that promotes a culture of collaboration, precision, and excellent client service.

What You'll Be Doing
Accurately process and reconcile daily customer payments
Regularly review debtor accounts and flag potential risks
Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices while preserving strong customer relationships
Manage credit applications and conduct reference checks
Set up new customer accounts following credit approval
Periodically evaluate credit limits and make recommendations
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage a shared collections inbox
Maintain accurate financial data and ensure confidentiality of customer information
Work closely with sales account managers to provide actionable customer activity reports
Assist with improving systems and streamlining credit processes
About You
At least 2 years' experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
Familiarity with Pronto ERP
Solid knowledge of customer account processes and credit control principles




Certificate IV in Accounting (or equivalent qualification) is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Analytical mindset with experience compiling reports and interpreting financial data
Effective time management and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
