ConsultANZ is looking for a Contract Administrator in Sydney.
The project is $300M of Road and Bridge maintenance project.
Main Duties
Work closely within the commercial team to support project delivery.
Administer subcontractor packages of work, including general subcontractor management.
Engage with headline contracts with the client,TfNSW.
Manage change processes including variations and change management.
Participate in procurement activities for subcontractor packages.
Support works delivery acrossroads, bridges, and medium-scale upgrade projects.
Requirements
More than 4 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the civil infrastructure sector.
Strong background in subcontractor management and contract administration.
Knowledge and experience working withTfNSW contractspreferred.




Solid understanding of procurement processes and change management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
