The role leads end to end delivery of cyber security initiatives aligned to whole of government priorities.
You manage competing priorities, coordinate internal teams and third party vendors, and drive delivery across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end delivery of cyber security projects, including business cases, procurement, project and program plans
Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams and vendors
Apply project management methodology and enterprise architecture assurance frameworks
Manage resources, benefits, risks, issues, dependencies, schedule, budget, and reporting
Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and value for money outcomes
Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement
Highly desirable criteria
Proven experience delivering digital or cyber transformation programs
Tertiary qualification in Program or Project Management, or equivalent senior experience




Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain NV1 National Security Clearance
Experience working within public sector or complex regulated environments
Experience delivering programs with strong organisational change dependencies
Solid vendor and contract management experience
Skills and experience
Strong program and project management capability across multiple concurrent initiatives
Advanced stakeholder, vendor, and relationship management skills
High level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills
Strategic thinking with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
Ability to operate effectively in complex, high pressure delivery environments
Demonstrated leadership aligned to public sector leadership expectations
