We're seeking experiencedSalesforce Business Analyststo join a large, multi-year digital transformation program within the federal government.
You'll collaborate with business and technical teams to analyse current processes, gather and document requirements, and design scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance service delivery and customer experience.
This chance is openonly to Australian Citizens, as it requires the ability to obtain or hold aBaseline security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops to capture, validate, and prioritise business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
Translate requirements into clearuser stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Partner with Salesforce designers, developers, and testers to ensure effective solution delivery.
Map and optimise business processes usingBPMNstandards and Lean principles.




Manage and maintain requirements traceability inAzure DevOps(or similar tools).
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
4-5+ years' hands-on Salesforce Business Analysis experience, ideally withinlarge enterprise or governmentenvironments.
Proven record deliveringSalesforce Cloud or Experience Cloudimplementations.
Strong capability inBPMN process modelling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder facilitation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Experience working inAgile environments, with proficiency inAzure DevOps or Jira.
Must be anAustralian Citizeneligible forBaseline clearance.
