Following a current opportunity, we are currently looking for aSenior Automation Engineer, with a strong background in regulated industrial environments, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences manufacturing, to support our projects inMelbourne, Australia.

Responsibilities
Supporting automation and CSV-related activities within a large-scale, long-term industrial program.
Managing and coordinating the full lifecycle of automation systems, including requirements definition, implementation, testing, validation support, and ongoing operation.
Providing technical leadership on automation topics within regulated manufacturing environments.
Collaborating closely with CSV and quality teams to ensure systems meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. GMP).
Acting as a key technical point of contact for automation activities across manufacturing sites in Australia.
Coordinating automation activities within multidisciplinary and international teams.
Contributing to continuous improvement of automation processes, standards, and documentation over the duration of the program.
About You
You haveat least 6-8 years of experienceas an Automation Engineer within industrial environments.
You have a solid background inautomation systemsand hands-on experience working across theautomation lifecycle, including implementation, testing, and operational support.
You have experience working inCSV-driven or regulated environments; prior exposure topharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciencesmanufacturing is considered anice to have.
You are familiar withcomputer system validation conceptsand understand the interaction between automation and compliance requirements.
You hold aBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering(Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or similar).
You are comfortable working in complex, long-term projects and coordinating technical activities with cross-functional teams.
You are available for afull on-site position in Melbourneand open to a long-term engagement.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience withMES, DCS, or automation platformsused in regulated manufacturing environments.
Exposure to thefull lifecycle managementof systems such as:
Prior involvement in long-term industrial or global automation programs.
