About The Role
We are looking for aField Operations Coordinatorto join our team in Docklands.
This role plays a key part in supporting our Field Operations team with administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and data entry to ensure operational efficiency.
Wepart-time hours available(approximately 25 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days) but are open to offering this as a full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Field Operations team
Assist with preparation of reports, schedules, and operational documentation
Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping in business systems
Support communication between field teams, head office,



and other stakeholders
Manage logistics for training, meetings, and site visits
Track key metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

About You
You are an organised, detail-oriented coordinator with:
Experience in administration, coordination, or operations support
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
