The Role
As our eCommerce Manager, you'll take the lead on managing and optimising the Skechers AU/NZ websites, driving sales performance, customer experience, and digital innovation.
Partnering closely with our Head of eCommerce, marketing teams, and agency partners, you'll bring our digital strategy to life and create a best‐in‐class online experience that keeps customers coming back.
Day to Day
Lead the day-to-day trading of our online business to achieve revenue and profit targets
Analyse performance daily/weekly/monthly and provide insights that shape future activity
Build traffic, increase conversion, and identify tactical opportunities to uplift trade
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and trade estimates, ensuring we're always ahead of the game
Keep a constant pulse on category performance, competitors and ecommerce trends
Bring our digital content and marketing plans to life across all channels
Partner with CRM, Marketing & Performance teams to optimise email, SEO, social, affiliates and paid activity
Manage segmentation, personalisation, and re‐engagement strategies to boost acquisition and retention
Drive the trading calendar in collaboration with our Ecommerce Executive
Partner with Buying & Planning to optimise online assortments
Build strategic on-site merchandising that drives profit and customer relevance
Oversee product enrichment and ensure new stock goes live within 48 hours
Use insights and data to improve the customer journey end-to-end
Lead CRO initiatives with agency partners to reduce bounce rates, improve usability and increase conversion
Test, learn, iterate — and repeat
Work closely with external agencies to implement website enhancements
Manage UAT/QA and prioritise development and deployment changes
Solve problems quickly with a customer-first mindset
Deliver a Premium Customer Experience
Partner with Omnichannel and Customer Service teams to build seamless online-to-store experiences
Actively apply customer insights to enhance our service and on‐site experience
What You'll Bring
3–5 years' experience in a similar eCommerce role (retail preferred)
Strong analytical capability - experience with Google Analytics or similar
A can‐do, hands‐on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working both independently and cross‐functionally
Tertiary qualification in marketing or business is preferred
