Role and Responsibilities
Drive FP&A; and commercial finance activities during a major systems and business-wide change
Partner with divisional leaders across two divisions to influence strategic decision-making
Consolidate and standardise reporting across 40+ branches nationally
Develop financial models in Excel and create insightful Power BI dashboards
Analyse productivity, efficiency, and recovery rates to identify improvement opportunities
Load results into OneStream for group reporting
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes
Act as2IC to the Head of FP&A;, contributing to leadership discussions and transformation strategy

What You'll Bring




Proven experience inFP&A; and commercial financewithin a service-based or multi-site business
Advancedfinancial modellingandExcelcapability
StrongPower BIskills, able to build and standardise reports from the ground up
Exposure toERP transformationor major systems change
The ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo with confidence
Solid analytical skills to interpret operational performance metrics and P&L; drivers
Experience withbudgeting, forecasting, and cost allocationacross multiple divisions
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the adaptability to shape a role in a changing environment
