About This Opportunity
Our North Lakes store in North Brisbane is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader to join and manage the store's Service Deli department.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes, and much more.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small team
Create shift rosters




Generate and manage orders
Perform stock takes and inventory management
Ensure customer service excellence
Oversee merchandising and store presentation
Qualifications
Fresh food retail knowledge
Experience in management is desired, but not essential
Ability to lead and manage a team
Ordering and cost control skills
Ability to generate rosters
Passion and enthusiasm, with a hands‐on approach

Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with team members and management
