About the Roles
Customer Service Officer
Roster: Full time across 7 days between 6:30am – 6:00pm
Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service over the phone
Focus on
"one call" resolution, connect customers to appropriate services and complete administration tasks.
Front Desk Agent
Roster: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Manage phone calls, emails and general enquiries
Maintain office supplies, assist with data entry and special projects
What We're Looking For
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
– proven experience in delivering exceptional service
Great Communicator
– excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-Savvy
– intermediate computer literacy and ability to use various software




Highly Organised
– able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive & Approachable
– a friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements
A current Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups (less than 12 months old upon commencement)
