Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Lead all site engineering activities including process, manufacturing, and equipment engineering
Own engineering project management, including capital projects, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead and execute new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities
Develop and industrialize new processes for needle grinding and cleanroom assembly
Drive continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)



initiatives to improve yield and throughput
Oversee process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Ensure high equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Partner with Quality on root cause analysis and corrective actions
Maintain process documentation, specifications, and engineering standards
Support scaling and capacity expansion initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team
The Successful Applicant
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain with 3+ years in leadership roles.
Strong experience with precision machining or grinding processes
Experience with project management and capital execution
Knowledge of NPI, process development, and validation
Experience in cleanroom manufacturing environments
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
