AWX Bassendean is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our timber manufacturing site, producing pallets, boxes and timber packaging. This hands-on role supports a busy production team on the factory floor.

You will coordinate daily workflows, supervise general hands and operators, operate a forklift, and help uphold safety and quality standards. This full time position offers steady Monday–Friday hours and the opportunity to take ownership of a production team.
