Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with strong experience in
Design Systems
and
Figma
to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking, system-driven design, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile products
Create, maintain, and scale
Design Systems
(components, patterns, guidelines, tokens)
Work extensively in
Figma
(auto layout, variants, components, libraries)
Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into effective UX solutions
Conduct UX research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers,



and stakeholders
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across products
Document design decisions and system guidelines clearly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
UX Designer
Solid hands-on experience with
Design Systems
Advanced proficiency in
Figma
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and feedback
Strong portfolio is mandatory
(must include design system work and UX case studies)
