Experienced Cabinet Installer / Fitter

Salary: $40–$47 per hour

We are looking for an experienced cabinet installer / fitter to join our team in Osborne Park. This role is primarily focused on fitting and installing high‐quality kitchens, cabinetry and custom interiors. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, who works efficiently and can be trusted to get the details right.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Installing kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and custom cabinetry
n
Fitting cabinets accurately and efficiently
n
Scribing panels, fillers and end panels
n
Installing doors, drawers, handles and hardware
n
Levelling, aligning and adjusting cabinetry to achieve a high‐quality finish
n
Reading plans and working from detailed drawings
n
Identifying and resolving installation issues on site
n
Working carefully around finished surfaces and clients' homes
n
Completing installations to a high standard with minimal defects or rework
n
Working closely with our workshop and project team to ensure jobs are completed correctly
n

What we're looking for
n
We are looking for an experienced installer/fitter who can work independently and understands what is required to produce a quality finished installation.
n

Solid experience installing kitchens and custom cabinetry
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
The ability to read and interpret plans
n
Robust problem‐solving skills
n
Good understanding of cabinet construction and how cabinetry goes together
n
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
n




A professional attitude and good communication skills
n
Your own reliable transport and basic tools
n
A strong focus on getting the job right the first time
n

Workshop
cabinetmaking/fabrication
experience is an advantage, but this is primarily an installation and fitting role.

We specialise in high‐quality kitchens and custom cabinetry, and we are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in the finished product.

We aren't looking for someone who simply gets the cabinets into position.
n
We want someone who notices the details, understands how everything should come together and takes responsibility for producing a clean, accurate and high‐quality finish.

We are open to hearing from experienced overseas tradespeople who are already in Australia or relocating to Perth in the near future.

For this position, we are looking for someone who is available to start within a reasonable timeframe. We are not looking to wait several months for someone to become available.
