Job Description
Stering Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a strategic Workforce Planning Manager to build a workforce planning function across multiple sites. You will review data, develop dashboards, and partner with leaders to shape business plans and rostering initiatives.

You will lead the creation of reporting tools and systems for the five-year strategy, ensuring data-driven decision making and seamless cross-site resource management during a period of growth.
