We're looking for aSenior Graphic Designerto join a high-profilereal estate property clienton amonth-to-month freelance basis, workingonsitewith a collaborative and fast-paced team.
This is a hands‐on role suited to a designer who is equally strong acrossprint and digital, confident taking projects fromconcept through to execution, and comfortable juggling a wide variety of creative outputs.
What you'll be working on
Concept development and design forproperty sales campaigns
Print collateralincluding catalogues, brochures, and display signage
Digital assetssuch as eDMs, social media posts, and campaign visuals
Social media video content(basic editing and motion)
Brand-aligned creative across multiple touchpoints and formats
What we're looking for
Senior-level graphic design experience




Strong skills acrossboth print and digital design in property or corporate branding
Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential)
Figma experience required
BasicAdobe Premiere Proskills (or equivalent video editing experience)
Ability to work efficiently onsite and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
