Training provided to all successful candidates.Responsible for the management of this fantastic facility, the team at the Centre and our local community, you are fully accountable for the Centre's operational, financial and program deliverables.Inherent in the role is the commitment to ethical practices, to foster strong team motivation and reinforcement of the Belgravia Leisure values, contributing to the positive work culture across the region.Key AccountabilitiesManage and document all incidents and accidentsDevelop and create staff rosters four weeks in advanceMaintain merchandise and cafe stockMaintain the pools according to health regulationsDeliver great service and quality to customersLearn about and adhere to all company policiesFollow the law and all reasonable company instructions and directivesPerform other duties as required by the companyMaximise business growth and resultsDeliver consistent operating standardsIdentify and address performance gaps in operating standardsMake appropriate decisions in-line with business standardsThis is a seasonal pool which operates November **** to March ****.About YouYou will be a truly seasoned and professional manager, who leads with vision and energy.
