People8 has partnered with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Maintenance Planner - Team Lead for a permanent opportunity in Brisbane, with an ASAP start available.We're looking for a solid people leader who has worked in a fast-paced, asset-intensive environment and knows how to build the capability and performance of planning and scheduling teams.This role is less about being the best planner in the room and more about leading, coaching and getting the best out of the team around you.Lead, coach and develop a team of planners and schedulersImprove team capability, accountability and performanceDrive planning and scheduling compliance and consistencyIdentify capability gaps and implement coaching and developmentLead effectively through changing priorities and environmentsDrive continuous improvement across planning and scheduling practicesExperience across water, wastewater, mining, resources, utilities, infrastructure, maintenance or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.Location - BrisbaneUp to $145,000 + superannuation
