As the Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and elevating the creative output of the design, combining hands-on design capability with mentoring, strategic thinking, and collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Solid background in digital design with team leadership experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, responsive web design,



and accessibility best practices.
Creative & UX Expertise: Outstanding eye for typography, layout, interaction, and UX conventions.
Team Leader: Experience mentoring and developing designers in a studio
Project Confident: Ability to scope work, manage timelines, and collaborate with PMs and developers.
Problem Solver: Passionate about improving processes, tools, and delivery pipelines.
Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
