Job Description
Strikeforce AMC is seeking an accountable Field Operations Manager to lead a team of instore MPAs across a Melbourne territory. You will engage store Managers and RSPs, ensuring the Microsoft strategy is applied in-store and driving overall performance.

You will coach and develop your MPA team, review planograms and data reporting, and collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities to optimise in-store activity.
