About the Opportunity...
At ELMO, we believe that a well-run workplace fosters collaboration, productivity, and engagement.
As ourFacilities & Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our employees have apositive, safe, and seamless in-office experienceacross all ELMO locations.
Reporting to theSenior Careers & Culture Manager, you'll overseeoffice facilities, administrative operations, and workplace optimisation -making sure everything runs smoothly while continuously improving the way we work.
Your Day - to Day:
Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and enhancements to ensure a safe, functional, and engaging workplace.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for facilities and office services.
Develop and enforce policies for space utilisation, security, and compliance (including ISO *****).
Lead workplace optimisation projects,
including office moves and evolving space needs.
Ensure seamless operation ofELMO's digital reception, office access, deliveries, and supplies.
OverseeELMO Café operations, ensuring high service standards and efficiency.
Support company events, meetings, and onboarding by maintaining an exceptional office experience.
Foster acollaborative and inclusive workplace culture, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What we would like to see you bring to the team:
3 to 5 years of experience inoffice and facilities management, operations, or a similar role.
Strongorganisational and multitaskingskills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge ofoffice operations, facilities coordination, and best practices.
Proficiency in usingoffice productivity tools.
Strongproblem-solving mindsetand ability to adapt to changing needs.
A detail-oriented approach with a commitment toaccuracy and professionalism.
