Partnerships Specialist - Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)
Breakthru is seeking a Partnerships Specialist to deliver the current Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland.
The successful applicant will work with partners across the Nepean and Macarthur Employment Service Area (ESA), supporting customers by guiding them through service access, identifying employment opportunities, and developing relationships that lead to real, lasting employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
Expand community and employer networks to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.
Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
Develop and manage strategic employer and industry partnerships.
Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen employer engagement and improve client career outcomes.
Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

Essential Criteria
Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community engagement
Strong local networks and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and adaptability across diverse audiences
Solid admin skills and familiarity with CRM/ESS systems
Passion for inclusion and empowering others through employment
Current Driver's License - essential
