Business Development Manager
to join their team and drive
new business growth

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a great opportunity to work within an
established team

The Perks
$90k-$110k Base salary + Super + Commissions (average earner expects to take home an extra $30-$40K per annum)

The Role & Key Responsibilities
Proactively seek and identify current business opportunities and make approaches.
Manage and grow a pipeline of potential leads and sales prospects.
Build and foster strong relationships with potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to secure new business.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective strategies for growth.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you succeed in the role.
