Girls Friendly Society Inc in Perth is creating Friendship Central, a social hub featuring the Friendly Fig Café and Makers & Traders shop. We seek a hands-on cafe leader who will join a founding team the months before opening, shaping the menu, workflows and welcoming rhythm.
You will lead by doing coffee and service, mentor volunteers, manage cafe and shop operations, and work closely with the CEO to ensure safety, quality and heart in every interaction.
