The Role
With a growing presence across Melbourne, we are looking for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for new and established assets:
Coordinate digital and social campaigns in partnership with external agencies to optimise lead generation
Prepare and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets and campaign plans, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Stay on top of the local market — conduct competitor reviews, pricing analysis and use real insights to shape campaigns
Champion the customer journey — constantly refining touchpoints and communications to boost conversions and build loyalty
Use data and insights to optimise marketing performance
Manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively

About You
This role is suited to an experienced mid-level Project Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running immediately with active projects:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
At least 3-5 years Project Marketing Management experience
Residential project experience is essential (preferably built-form)
Driver's licence and own vehicle, required for site visits
Effective communicator able to engage and drive relationships
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
