Responsibilities
Provide nursing care within an aged care facility in alignment with care plans
Listen to residents, understand their individual needs and treat them with kindness and compassion
Follow directives per care plans and maintain high standards of resident wellbeing
Qualifications
Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential




Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
