About the Role
n
As the Business Performance Manager, you'll play akey role in monitoring business performance across multiple
departments,ensuring
teams are aligned with company goals and delivering measurableresults. You'll lead performance reviews, track key metrics, and
identifyopportunities
to improve systems, processes and outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Monitor and analyse daily reports of keyperformance indicators (KPIs) across various departments
n
Partner with senior leaders to align performancemetrics with strategic objectives
n
Analyse operational data to uncover trends,risks and opportunities for improvement
n
Lead regular performance reviews, facilitateplanning sessions and implement improvement initiatives
n
Investigate root causes of underperformance andimplement solutions to resolve issues
n




Drive continuous improvement initiatives usingframeworks such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile
n
Analyse and report on performance reports anddashboards to senior leadership
n
Provide insights and recommendations to supportbetter business decision-making
n
n
Requirements
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in a performance
management,business
analysis, or continuous improvement role
n
Strong understanding of KPIs,
performanceframeworks,
and cross-functional operations
n
Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving andstakeholder engagement
n
Skilled in interpretation of analytical KPI data
n
Experience with continuous
improvementmethodologies
is a plus
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Tertiary qualifications in Business,
Commerce,Operations
Management or a related field (MBA highly regarded)
n
