Rosehill Hotel is located in the heart of Rosehill, on Parramatta Road. The property has been recently refurbished and offers traditional pub-style accommodation with modern amenities, TAB and bar. Located close to Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
n
Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
n
Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
n
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
n
Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
n
Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
n
Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
n
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
n
Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
n




Experienced in tab and keno operations
n
Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
n
Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
n
Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
n
n
Current Valid RSA/RCG/Advanced RCG/TAB Compliance certificates
n
