Key Responsibilities
Provide clear, practical advice to clients on employment matters, including contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution
Lead or support employment-related investigations and negotiations
Assist clients in navigating workplace compliance and governance challenges
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training programs
Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex advisory and litigation matters
Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring junior colleagues
About You
3–6 years post-admission experience as an Employment Advisory Lawyer
Strong understanding of employment law with experience across advisory and dispute matters
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with solid time management and prioritisation skills
Eager to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a positive team culture
