About the Opportunity
As the FP&A; Analyst, you'll be at the heart of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a major business segment. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, support, and consolidate internal financial performance management and reporting, including variance and trend analysis.
Deliver insightful commentary on performance drivers and prepare scenario/sensitivity analysis and cost driver models.
Lead the consolidated monthly forecast, annual budget,



and strategy processes - ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop best-practice dashboards for financial analysis, commercial evaluation, and market insights.
Provide functional department support for forecast and budget cost management.
Drive process improvements, standardisation, and governance across finance systems.
What You Bring
Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a mining, manufacturing, or similar industry
Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tool skills (SAP, PowerBI, etc)
Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect operational performance to long-term business outcomes
Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders
Resilience, attention to detail, and a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset
