Application Support Analyst

Location: Melbourne CBD office
We're looking for anApplication Support Analystwith 2+ years experience to join our Technology Solutions team.
The role supports a broad range of applications (finance, workforce planning, asset management, etc.) with end‐user support, system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Level 1 and Level 2 end‐user support management.
User training and demonstrations.
User/security management and system configuration.
New site implementations.
Testing of new system enhancements.

What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT related discipline.
2+ years experience in applications support.
Proficient with relevant software development tools and processes such as Jira, SDLC and CI.
Familiar with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and broad technical and functional knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes.
Solid stakeholder management, time management and organisational skills.




A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery.
Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution to ensure 'fit‐for‐purpose' outcomes.
Essential Compliance Requirement
Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance.
Experience in projects.
Experience with Asset Management or Field Service Management technology implementation.
Strong experience with Microsoft desktop suite, Microsoft Project.
SDLC management, directly or through vendor partners.
Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics delivery.
