As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive who shares our passion for luxury, excellence and creating extraordinary client experiences.

The Opportunity
n
This is an exciting opportunity to join our flagship Chadstone boutique as a key member of our sales team.
n
More than simply selling jewellery, you will become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through engagement rings, bespoke masterclasses, investment diamonds and milestone celebrations while building relationships that last for generations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences from initial consultation through to after-sales service
n
Build and maintain a loyal portfolio of VIP and repeat clients
n
Present natural diamonds and fine jewellery with confidence and expertise
n
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
n
Maintain detailed client records and follow-up through our CRM
n
Support boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
Represent the ANTON brand with professionalism, warmth and integrity
n
n
About You
n
You are someone who:
n
n
Has 3+ years' experience in luxury retail or sales
n
Has an established history of achieving outstanding sales results




n
Loves building genuine relationships with clients
n
Is confident working with affluent and VIP clientele
n
Has exceptional communication and presentation skills
n
Is naturally organised and highly detail-oriented
n
Takes pride in personal presentation and grooming
n
Works collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
n
Has a passion for luxury, craftsmanship and exceptional service
n
n
Jewellery experience is highly regarded, however candidates from other luxury industries such as watches, fashion, automotive, hospitality or premium real estate are encouraged to also apply.
