As our new Performance Copywriter, you'll be the creative force behind high-impact, performance-driven content that speaks directly to prospective students. From scroll‐stopping social ads to compelling course pages and engaging video scripts, you'll craft copy that drives action across the full marketing funnel.
You'll collaborate with a talented team of marketers, creatives, and strategists to bring our partner brands to life, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences and continuously optimising for performance.
What You'll Do
Write persuasive, conversion‐focused copy for paid media, email, landing pages, brochures, and more
Translate strategy and personas into messaging that resonates at every stage of the student journey
Optimise long‐form content for marketing impact and SEO
Test, learn, and refine copy based on performance data
Transform complex information around career & learning outcomes, entry requirements and other course details into easy‐to‐digest copy
Build frameworks and documents to efficiently roll out copy updates at scale, across many products/programs
Use AI tools to scale content creation without sacrificing quality
Align messaging with visual creative for maximum impact
Stay ahead of trends and ensure our messaging stands out in a competitive market

known for your strategic thinking and creative flair
About You
5+ years' experience in copywriting, content marketing, or advertising
Proven ability to write for performance, especially across paid search, social, and digital
A strong grasp of SEO, lifecycle marketing, and audience segmentation
Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation
A collaborative spirit and a passion for education
Bonus points for experience in education, regulated industries, or multi‐brand environments
