Our client, a well-established player in the financial services/property sector, is looking for a Customer Service & Success Specialist to be the first point of contact for both customers and brokers.
This isn't a face-to-face retail role — it's a phone and email-based position where your service, speed, and attention to detail will create a smooth, supported experience for every customer.
What you'll do:
Be the warm, professional voice supporting homebuyers and brokers
Guide people through the application journey with clarity and care
Follow up leads, assist with documentation, and prepare applications
Work closely with credit and sales teams to solve problems and keep things moving
Deliver standout service — every day, every interaction
What we're looking for:
2+ years in a customer-focused financial services or lending role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with terms like LVR or serviceability (a bonus!)




Passion for service, positive mindset, and laser focus on the details
