About The Role
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for injury and case management, helping shape a proactive and supportive health, safety, and wellbeing culture.
Lead case management including claims reviews, wage calculations, and database oversight
Design and implement tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
Provide expert advice to leaders on legislative obligations and recovery strategies
Collaborate across departments to support early intervention and recovery at work
Generate insightful reports to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Escalate risks and contribute to a culture of safety and care
About You




You're a confident and compassionate professional who thrives on making a real difference in people's lives through strategic injury management.
Background in Allied Health or similar, with Rehab & Return to Work Coordinator certification
Proven experience in claims, injury management or return-to-work roles
Strong understanding of Workers Compensation Insurance and medical terminology
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
Passionate about creating secure, healthy, and thriving workplaces
