System & Network Administrator

Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot desktops, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365
Configure switches, VLANs, WAP controllers; plan rollouts/upgrades
Administer Hybrid Active Directory and Group Policies
Manage incidents, tickets, and documentation to ITIL standards
Provide escalation point for the Service Desk and helpdesk coverage
Must have
Bring 4+ years as a System & Network Administrator
Demonstrate network admin across VLANs, WAPs, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Support Windows, macOS, and iOS environments
Manage Hybrid AD/Group Policies and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Nice to have
Operate Hyper‐V, clustering,



and virtual machines
Use MDM tools (Intune, JAMF, NinjaOne)
Apply Veeam backups, ITIL practices, and produce explicit technical writing
