Monitorhealth and safety performance, including risk management, audits, worksite visits and incident reporting.
Deliveroperational and financial performance by reviewing costs, margins, revenue and agreed KPIs.
Leadand develop teams to meet performance targets and foster a cooperative, team‐based culture.
Buildstrong internal and external customer relationships while supporting accurate and timely reporting.
Are you the one?
You are an experienced operations leader with a strong safety and compliance focus and the ability to lead high‐performing teams in a fast‐paced logistics or transport environment.
You bring commercial acumen, operational discipline and a continuous improvement mindset.
You can demonstrate:
Experienceleading road and/or rail transport and warehouse operations.
Knowledgeof contemporary business and operations management practices.
Capabilityto lead, develop and motivate teams of 5+ direct reports.
Understandingof financial drivers, costs and margin management.
Experienceusing WMS and SAP systems (preferred).
Eligibilityto hold a current valid NSW driver licence, with HRW (Forklift) licence desirable.
