We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Percy Plunkett, Penrith NSW, ****.
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a range of meals following the restaurant's recipes and standards.
Wash, cut, measure and prepare ingredients before cooking.




Cook food using a variety of cooking methods, including grilling, frying, roasting and baking.
Check the quality of ingredients and ensure food is fresh and stored correctly.
Keep the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and tidy.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
What we're looking for
Qualifications in commercial cookery and hospitality.
At least two years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred
Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skill.
