This newly created role is designed to expand our footprint in the residential and small commercial sectors and strengthen our position as an industry leader.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Win new businessand expand our customer base in the residential and small commercial markets.
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
Work collaborativelywith the Area Manager and a strong peer network to drive efficiencies and innovation.
Be a catalyst for change– contributing to a high-performing sales culture.
The main focus for this role is driving new business opportunities in order for the network to grow.
You'll also be highly motivated and determined to succeed, with a solid work ethic that drives you to exceed targets and achieve success.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Excellent business development skills
Innovative and strategic business acumen
A passion for customer service and building rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident working autonomously and within a team
Well versed in stakeholder management
Prior experience in the building and construction industry will be highly regarded

Generous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months.
