Receptionist / Customer Service / Administration Officer

Top End Motors is a third-generation family-owned mechanical workshop that's been looking after Kimberley locals for over 30 years.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people; you'll be the first person our customers meet, the voice on the phone, and an important part of keeping the workshop running smoothly.
Your day could include:
Greeting customers and answering phones
Booking vehicles and preparing job cards
Managing customer enquiries and workshop paperwork
General administration and data entry
Assisting with invoicing and accounts
Supporting the management team with day-to-day administration
Helping improve office systems and processes
Opportunities to learn payroll, bookkeeping, HR and business administration if that's something you're interested in.
About you
Our front office is the hub of the business. It's busy, fast-paced and you'll be working independently. You'll need to enjoy multitasking, thinking on your feet and delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Love talking with people and provide exceptional customer service
Can confidently manage multiple tasks without becoming flustered




Stay calm and organised in a rapid-paced environment
Are proactive and don't wait to be told what needs doing
Have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Can think on your feet and solve problems independently
Have strong computer skills and pick up new software quickly
Take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly
Experience in administration or reception is preferred, but attitude, reliability and a genuine desire to help people are even more important. We'll happily train the right person.
