Due to continued growth, we're looking for
an experienced Senior Medical Recruitment Consultant
to join our friendly Sydney team and support our busy recruitment operations.
About The Role
We are seeking a SeniorRecruitment Consultant with proven experience in 360° recruitment, especially for locum medical placements. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement, while delivering a high-touch, consultative experience for both clients and candidates.
You will build and nurture strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics and medical professionals, ensuring tailored solutions that meet clinical workforce needs and support career aspirations.
Key focus areas include:
Full cycle 360° medical recruitment, from candidate sourcing through to placement
Building and managing client partnerships and candidate relationships
Negotiating placements, rates and terms of business
Working with the compliance team to ensure medical credentialing, AHPRA compliance, onboarding processes and logistics
Role Requirements
Minimum 2+ years' experience in Australian medical recruitment (locum and/or permanent)




Proven success in a 360° recruitment environment
Strong billing history and the ability to manage a full recruitment desk
Experience placing doctors within the Australian healthcare system
Strong understanding of compliance, credentialing and onboarding processes
Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
Skilled, ethical and performance-focused mindset
